Wainwright on Wellness presents "Wellness Bingo!" We know that the holiday season can be filled with joy, but also can sometimes be overwhelming! So over the ...next few weeks, we want to remind you to take some time for yourself and your wellness. We've created this card with some of the ways to wellness, and we'd love for you to play! Take a photo of yourself as you complete or participate in tasks on the card, and once you have 5, send them to us in an email (see details below!) Each line of 5 tasks completed will get you entered in our draw for a prize (2 lines complete = 2 entries, 4 lines complete = 4 entries, etc.).
