Here a wall was removed to create an enormous room with hardwood flooring. The owner wanted to maintain the acoustic properties of the popcorn ceiling. Matching and patching popcorn is not for everybody, but we can do it. Perfectly. This photo shows the ceiling halfway through the process of drying.

Structural beams can be an eyesore. Important, but not pretty. The huge trees we would have used years ago to make beams are less available and very spendy. Instead we used 2x6’s wrapped them in oak and stained them. These beams are now a beautiful architectural feature and the roof will stay up for centuries.

Hang tight for the after pic! We’re working on a little house in Stoney Creek with a sagging ceiling and bowing walls. After putting in beams to fix the structural problems, we’re rehanging the ceiling and making it straight.
