Say hello to 240 22nd St E. This is our current project, and a downtown building we have all seen, but easily look past it. Although it doesn't look like much on the outside, it will soon. This building was originally built by a company called Hazen & Twiss, they were the stationary store of Saskatoon until 1977. That's 65 years! We plan to do a restoration to the building and bring back some of that classic look which in our opinion looks much nicer than this rock stucco from the early 80's.

This is rendering of our plans for the upper lobby at 103 3rd Ave N. This building is rich with history, so why not celebrate it.
