The smoke alarm program is still going but we will not be doing any installations while the province is in Code Red or Orange of the Pandemic Response System. If you have called and signed up, we will get to you once the restrictions are lifted. Elkhorn station recently put into service a 2015 Chevrolet Silverado which was donated by Plains Midstream Canada. This truck is a welcome addition to our fleet and will respond to all incidents to be used for Incident Command, traffic control, wildfire control and any other areas it is needed. The truck will be equipped with a water tank and pump for grass fires which was generously donated by Enbridge. We are very grateful to Plains Midstream and Enbridge for their ongoing support. BINGO CANCELLED. Due to the provincial restrictions on group gatherings, we have to cancel our annual Wing Ding Bingo which was scheduled to happen on December 5. Like our fundraising banquet that was supposed to happen this past weekend, both events will be back next year around the same time.
