Let's get to know him a little better Which of your personality traits are you most proud of?... My mild-mannered demeanour. One thing I have learned is never to panic and to take control of the situation. I try to stress this to all the newcomers in IRD. What is a career highlight you are most proud of? I just passed 25 years with the Wall Centre. I never imagined that I would be working for one employer for that long of a period of time. What is your favourite thing about your job? My favourite thing about my job is getting to meet different people daily and have new experiences with each encounter. It makes me feel good inside when guests remember me the same way I remember them. See more
