This rental condo's dark and dingy bedroom (along with the rest of the unit) got a paint and flooring makeover. The ceiling before was nearly black. We rolled oil first to seal in the nicotine stains, then sprayed with latex. Walls and trims got 2 coats. Well, this was a challenge! So 1 roll of wallpaper will typically get you 3-4 strips depending on pattern repeat. I needed 6 strips for this wall and I only had 1 roll to work with. Granted they weren't all full length strips, but with careful planning, I succeeded.
