Spring Registration Opens January 24th, 2020 Walnut Grove Soccer Academy spring 2020 Program Details (NEW) Walnut grove’s premier introduction to Soccer this Spring will be held at two different locations. The first 2 sessions will be held indoor & the last 6 sessions will be held outdoors.... The goal of the Academy is to introduce the sport of soccer through fun-filled classes for children in our community. Games are played on downsized fields using smaller versions of balls, nets, and simplified rules, with an emphasis on fun, participation, positivity, sportsmanship & use of Imagination. WGSA provides a safe and welcoming environment. Our program led by experienced, certified, caring coaches who pride themselves on ensuring your child has a positive introduction to sports. Our sessions run once a week on Saturday mornings, session’s range from 35mins to 50mins depending on age group. (TBA) Program Highlights: Introduction to the game of Soccer coupled with an introduction to various other Fundamental Movements Skills (Physical Literacy). WGSA’s Life Skills series includes topics of: Team work Self esteem positive mind set Learning from mistakes Respect & don’t forget FUN! Our quality instructors build a foundation for these important Life Skills that are proven to help children succeed on the field, in the classroom, and in life. We offer programs for children ages 3-8 years old.... The goal of the Academy is to introduce the sport of soccer to youth through fun-filled adventures. Games are played on mini fields using smaller versions of balls, nets, and simplified rules, with an emphasis on the use of imagination. WGSA provides a safe and welcoming environment. Our program led by experienced, certified, and caring coaches who pride themselves on ensuring your child has a positive introduction to sports and teamwork. Our sessions run once a week on Saturday mornings, sessions range from 35-50mins depending on the age group.
