This morning we dispatched crews in both New Brunswick and Nova Scotia to help restore power to those affected. We ask that you take the time to check on your ...neighbours, friends, the elderly and pets. It is cold and nobody or any pets should spend any amount of time without a source of heat. Please drive carefully as the roads are snow/ice covered and as we get warmer temperatures, rain and fog the water will be running. As the temperature drops again everything will freeze again. As you see crews working please take caution and move over granting them the ability to safely work to restore power. We appreciate your cooperation as we dearly love all of our colleagues and want them to return safely to their friends and families. Thank you

I think Chris Mullin from the RST NB Light Product is very deserving of a driver of the month nomination. This month, NB Power had an urgent request for RST to keep fuel in the generator in Grand Manan. Without this, the people of Grand Manan would not have had electricity.
