Hey Everyone...only a couple of spaces left for tonight's 5:15pm....and Walter will be leading the class so get in while you still can!!

Reminder that the one month unlimited is still a great way (and affordable at 100.00) to get your practice in....Our drop in rate is 20.00 per class so the one month definitely pays itself off pretty quickly!! Walter will be leading the 8AM class tomorrow morning so hope to see you here.....and limited space for classes of 8 total.

Hey everyone!! Long time no see!!...Well that is about to change....Walter has decided it is time to re-open the studio. So as of Monday June 8 we will be back to regular classes. There are modifications in the hot room with having room for 8 only. We have marked the spots for your mat so please look up when coming into the hot room as they are marked on the ceiling. We ask for physical distancing before and after class with minimal socializing. We are asking if possible to already have your yoga gear on and if possible please no showers....it would be best to have the least amount of contact possible. Please try to bring your own water. Also please use the hand sanitizer or wash your hands prior to entering the hot room. We really have missed you all so much. Welcome back!!

We have decided to temporarily close for one week, effective March 18th. All current memberships will be automatically put on hold. No action is required by you. We will look at the re-opening date as we receive more information. We all have a responsibility to our community to be as cautious as possible, and that is what we're trying to do....
