Great job today to our six youth competitors! Everyone worked tremendously hard and left it all on the mats. Very excited to see C. and E. compete for their very first time. A good day at the office!

New intro class starts today at 8:00PM! Come learn the basics in a fun, inclusive learning environment welcoming all fitness levels! Only a couple spots left!

We may not be able to start jujitsu right away but Dom-er-cise day 1 was a success.
