While it’s very easy to think of this as another goodbye, wonder what members we lose this time, worry about those that need us, worry about our progress as a team and worry about finances and all the things that come from being locked down a second time this year we have watched those battling with sobriety give their best fight day in and day out. We’ve watched our members with mental health issues push through some unbelievably difficult moments in their lives and come thr...ough the other side stronger. We’ve watched our members come back from injuries and train harder to make up for lost time. We’ve watched members struggling with weight issues not lose a pound in two weeks and go even harder to lose five pounds in the next two weeks. We’ve watched hearts be broken and mended, relationships end and repair themselves, Children who struggle with their confidence regain their sense of strength and shine again and again and again. Wether we’re deemed essential or not you have all shown us the love and dedication to know that to some of you we are. We’re tough, we’re a family, and this is only another bump in our journeys together. We will be back! We will be stronger! And we will get through this together. WAMMILLIA! See more

While we tried to identify as a liquor store to stay open, we are unfortunately once again deemed non-essential and are forced to close our doors. After tomorrow WAMMA Swan River will be closed for the foreseeable future. Stay fit, stay healthy and keep motivating each other off the mats until we meet again
