The City has advised that all their outdoor recreational permitted sites must remain closed until June 30. I agree it is not a surprise but disheartening nonetheless. A Board update will go out later this week to our membership.
Dear Wanless 2020 members; I know I know - just what you need is another email about the Covid 19. Unfortunately the preventive measures that have have hit most other facets of our lives have targeted City tennis courts as well. The City has mandated that all their facilities remain closed until at least April 5. At that time, the City will send out another notice to all their sports facilitiy permit holders. We will hear either the full-steam ahead order or a continuation of... the closure statement. We will keep all advised - as soon as we know, you will know. We will send another email; we will update the home page of our website; we will send out a tweet; and we will update Facebook as well. In the meantime, stay healthy and enjoy your family time!
