The Devon Nature Club asked if we would come help today. There is an area where the area was deemed uninhabitable, but the people from this 150+ member club kept checking the area and found that fish were spawning there. They want to protect the area. Mitch Wincentaylo knows about our customs and asked us to come help. It was a cold day, but it turned out good. Appreciative for the opportunities to come connect with people who want to know about us. Positive work. Acknowledgement to Rocky Morin and his son Asiniy for their contributions. As well to Jaizy Cowan-Ochiese and Sylvia Mousseau for representing Enoch Youth Council.

Spent time at the North Bay Indigenous Hub. They’re doing good work putting together services for people that draw from cultural traditional practices and implementing these practices in a professional setting. Looking forward to future collaborations with this group.
