SAD SITUATION On Friday there was a sad situation where i was walking by No Frills @Davis & Yonge and there was a teen passed out at the corner of plaza at the concrete stairs leading to Wilstead. I could see he had OD on drugs and alcohol cans were all over the place and he was his back flat. I could see he had movement and was breathing. Everyone else prior walked by doing nothing, So I had a staff member inside the No Frills call 911 ( i had no phone on me) to see if this person can get the help he needs or die period. I waited for sirens to come, don't know the outcome its feeling this person gets to live - value peoples life though its not yours if you see something like this TY
