This is Ernestine Shepherd-World's Oldest Female Body Builder and she is not your average grandmother! When she was 56 years old, she and her sister made a pact to get in better shape. Her sister sadly passed away so to honour her late sister, Ernestine devoted herself to become the world's oldest female body builder, and at 71 years old she achieved that! Even in her 80s, she hasn't slowed down! She is still a personal trainer and actively participates in body building competitions. March of the Dimes Canada is hosting a week of virtual events for caregivers called, Caregiver Project. Starting today until the end of this month, they'll be different webinars you can attend. Topics range from tips, healthy living, family support and how to navigate caregiver benefits with CRA. March of Dimes Canada is an organization that provides a wide range of services to people with disabilities. Their vision is to create a society inclusive of people with physical disabilities. They are currently offering several After Stroke online programs to connect you with resources, tools, and a community of people who understand what you are going through.
