It is so nice when a project turns out like I envisioned, especially when it is for our house! This piece is called Life Flow and is now installed in it’s permanent home in our bedroom. Getting a proper photo has been a challenge...this is my best so far. Each panel is 16 x 21, and is secured with aluminum stand offs which float the panel about 1 from the wall. It is all fused glass powders layered on one clear sheet and fired just hot enough for the powders to make a lovely sandy texture.

It is nice to be back creating glass again! I have been working on this piece for a few months, preparing many test firings and thinking it through. Have a look at all the different colours of glass powder on my workbench right now!

This one is a little different for me, but I love the colours! The pendant is made with an enamel decal, fired-on and is now a part of the glass. The rest of the necklace is made with glass beads, silver beads, and a few rhinestone beads for a little bling. It is about 22.
