MINDSET IS EVERYTHING
In the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, creating meaningful connections is harder now more than ever. However, thanks to the support of Delta Bingo and Gaming of... Fort Erie, we have been able to offer the important connections to women in Niagara virtually through our Women’s Addiction Recovery Mediation (WARM). Thank you Delta Bingo and Gaming on Fort Erie for your dedication to the women and families of Niagara. We’re not only thrilled to be able to offer WARM on Mondays and Wednesdays at 1PM-2:30PM to our existing clients, but we’re excited to be able to welcome new clients to our programs. WARM provides Personal Support Recovery Programs designed for women experiencing addiction and families affected by addiction. If you would like to participate in this program, contact our WARM Worker by calling or texting 905-246-4483. All are welcome!

Observe your emotions, without judging them. Validate them and give yourself space to be.
Your life is your story. Write well, write often, edit freely.
Emotions aren't right or wrong, they just are. Notice them, reflect on them and validate your experience. It may be uncomfortable at first, but you are allowed to feel all of the different shades of emotions, and reflect back on what triggered them.
