This is a front hall closet built to fit an overly large space at the customers front entry. They wanted to maximize the space and provide plenty of storage. Interior of the cabinet and drawers were made of Russian Birch Plywood sprayed with a clear coat of lacquer. Closet rail is a pull down model perfect for using the top half of a full height cabinet. Exterior doors and drawer fronts were all solid cherry wood, stained to the customers specifications.

Custom oak kitchen designed and built for handicap accessibility. A lot of thought went into this kitchen to accommodate a customer who was wheelchair bound, as well as being functional for the rest of the family. Things aren’t so easy when trying to do the simple things that most people take for granted when your in a wheelchair. Things like working at the sink and cooking at the stove can be difficult. In this kitchen space is left under the sink and cooktop for wheelchair access. There are other details in the kitchen that also assist in making it easier for the customer. All the lower cabinetry is full extension drawers for easy access to the entire bottom half of the kitchen including the pantry unit. Working with a good designer and cabinet maker with experience in handicap accessibility is important.

Top picture is before drawer fronts and handles were added, below is the finished product. Customer was thinking IKEA cabinets before they came to me. After some redesigning and finding out exactly what they were looking for instead of what kinda fit from IKEA, this is what we came up with. Simple yet effective way to maximize the available space.
