Happy winter solstice!!! Tonight is the solstice (Dec 21st). The Solstice is also the start of a new season depending on where in the world you live, and a new season always brings a transition of energy. We are moving forward into a more community based world, with technology being a big for front. And while technology will be a major staple, it is important to not become soly reliant on it and lose your own individual identity.... While staying true to you, another message in meditation came to me. And it was a message of consistent action. Are you being true to you? Are you taking action? Are you being consistent in the pursuit of your purpose and happiness? If not, why not? What's holding you back?

Happy Halloween!!!! Listen I have 3 kids... and our community made it extra special for the kids *because let's be honest it's been a different year for everyone* we truly do have a great community... alls I am going to say is... all that candy Every year I challenge myself to see how many days I can go without eating the candy. This is year 3... Year 1 was 8 days Year 2 was 12 days What will year 3 bring?!? Dies anyone else want to join me in this challenge??? Let's see how many days you can go without eating the candy?!?

Not gunna lie 10 mins into spin class, I had to pep talk myself in my head. Yesterday was leg day. I kept telling myself... all good, release the lactic acid. You got this Alls I can say is I was happy I went, pushed through and completed....and didnt listen to the excuses in my head.

If you looking to get a workout in without having a lot of time. Set a timer for 45 second for each exercise and then rest 10 second between each exercise. Complete as a circuite 3-4 times depending on how your body is feeling. *This is just an exmaple exercise and if completing this on your own it has no affiliation with Warrior Fitness.

Ladies...do you want to tighten the area where the bra strap sits? Even guys can tighten can tighten or add mass to this area. Keeping shoulders down wrists level with elbows pulling cables or a band back. By doing this cross cable lateral pull you are getting into the Teres major and Infraspinatus muscles! If you dont have a cable machine, cables can work to!

My kids love roasted Kale! I might of left it in the oven longer then I normally would. Oops... that's what happens when I am helping my oldest with homework, cooking and also getting lunches organized for the next day... You get the drift... slightly distracted. But still yummy! Also one tip one of my clients shared with me is when rinsing the kale message it... and it breaks down the enzymes so the kale doesnt have such an over powering taste.
