It’s not always easy for me to be on my A game. I may be a trainer and coach but like anyone else I have my ups and downs, and sometimes struggle with the true meaning of my life . . I simply do my best each day to remain as positive as I can, surround myself with great support and remind myself to just breathe . .... I reassure myself that I don’t need to be perfect. That it’s unhealthy to compare myself to others. What I do need is to display patience with myself and embrace the growth each moment has to offer . . Sometimes it’s difficult to hear your inner voice clearly with so much external chatter which is why it’s so important to take care of our mind - body & spirit . .
