30 Hours/week Please email resume to [email protected] Responsibilities Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction at a professional car wash... Resolve all customer complaint and damage claims Recruit, train, schedule and supervise staff Mechanical aptitude for equipment maintenance Management of chemistry, wash supplies and labour Accountable for accurate reconciliation of all financial transactions, managing vendor relationships and reviewing financial reports for correct disbursement of commissions and other incentives Proactive in marketing initiatives at the wash to drive revenue, promote fundraising opportunities and direct updates to advertising platforms Onsite sales: selling monthly wash subscriptions Back office, budgeting, reporting & payroll Hourly walk-through to avoid equipment and/or detergent problems Maintain quality of the wash and a clean, attractive, safe facility Monitor chemical usage closely and keep product lines clean Qualities Experience as a restaurant manager considered an asset but not necessary Enjoys working outside Physically fit Likes new challenges Good with people Responsible and professional Hard-working and organized Formal education is preferred, though not required.
