Good Morning! Friendly Reminder: Hope everyone is doing well and taking all the proper precautionary measures and being safe out there. ... Just wanting to let everyone know that we will be taking names down for Christmas Hampers this week, the deadline will be Nov 27th. We are working with the MNA Region 1 office this year, to ensure no family is let out. If you are a Metis Nation card holder, we ask you to please call their office to get on their list. This does not mean we are turning anyone away, we are just working together to make sure everyone in need has a good Christmas during these trying times. Thank you all so much. FCSS staff will be at the overflow parking area by Value Drug Mart on Tuesday from 1-6 pm to give out surveys and provide a nice hot meal for those who come out.... If you know someone in our community who is staying in emergency shelter, temporarily housed or at risk of becoming homeless, please tell them to come and see us anytime between 1-6 pm on Tuesday, or contact us at 780-623-6745.
