Parks Canada has announced that fishing and boating in Prince Albert National Park will be open Monday June 1st. Recreational boating/fishing will be allowed on Waskesiu Lake and the 2nd and 3rd Hanging Heart Lakes. Following Parks Canada directives Crean and Kingsmere Lakes remain closed at this time. All fish filleting shacks will remain closed.... Fishing permits will be available at the Main Waskesiu Marina, Hanging Heart Lakes Marina, and LT's Service on Highway 2 North. The Narrows Marina will remain closed until at least June 21st. The Waskesiu Marina and Hanging Heart Lakes Marinas will be open at 7:00am on June 1st. Due to social distancing, we will only have one side of the launch ramp open. We anticipate that this will slow down the launching procedure, but we know that this is necessary and we ask for your patience.

Following directives by Parks Canada, all recreational boating (paddling and motor boats) in Prince Albert National Park is suspended until at least May 31st. As more information is made available, we will keep you updated.

Our season is quickly coming to an end. Our last day of rentals will be Saturday September 28th. We will be Closed for the season after September 30th.

We would like to send a huge "Thank you" to everyone who came out to support the 2019 Three Island Paddle and Music Festival. This year's event had a record 62 paddlers! We would like to send our appreciation to the Waskesiu Heritage Museum and their great volunteers for putting on the pancake breakfast and bbq lunch. They raised over $1300 to put towards further Museum projects. This day could not have been possible without the generosity of our Music Festival Sponsors: Arms...trong Hillcrest Cabins, Hawood Inn, Kleen Bee, Lost Creek Resort, and Waskesiu Resorts. Our great line up of musical talent kept people tapping their toes and singing along. Thank you to the Amundson Family, Generations, Travis, Tillie and the Billy Goats, and Colleen Liefers for sharing your musical talents with us. Another shout out to the local Waskesiu business community who donated prizes for all of our paddlers.
