A BIRTHDAY WISH COMES TRUE FOR A YOUNG BARRIE-AREA BOY On September 27th, Ted Tivendale, a Barrie District commercial driver, took his front-end truck to the residence of Damian Watson, to help him celebrate his 2nd Birthday. He was given a WCC backpack full of goodies, like a hat, mini trucks, and mini frisbees. Ted and his Ops Manager, answered all the kids' questions about the truck. The Watson family was so pleased, they presented Ted with a Starbucks gift card and made a donation, on behalf of Waste Connections Canada, to Simcoe Hospice. All in all it was a Win/Win/Win event!
