Things are slowly opening up for us. You are allowed in the store (max 3) . All precautions are in place..we provide gloves when handling games and have sanitizers readily available. Our vape shop will open on Monday June 15th. (max 2 at a time). You can still purchase your vapes today from the main cash register counter. Our staff can get what you need. We still provide curbside service...just call us....KEEP SAFE..Hoping we get back to our regular hours in July.

Sat-Sun: 11am-5pm For all vape or video game purchases, we will be taking orders over the phone (289-635-2885), through our email ([email protected]), and in person. Payment can be made via Interac e-Transfer or debit/credit in the store. Once purchased, we will bring the product to you outside the store. In this way we will be able to continue serving you while also maintaining social distancing practices. We are employing rigorous cleaning and sanitizing practices within the store and are committed to providing you with a safe shopping experience. In the body of the email, write your order, your phone number if you are a part of our loyalty program, as well as how you intend to pay. Please try to be as specific as possible when writing your order. All of our inventory will be available on our website (waterdownretail.ca) for reference. When we have your order ready, we will send you a confirmation email along with your total. If paying with e-Transfer, you may call the store upon arrival to have your order brought out to you.
