Unfortunately Naturopathic Doctors were not part of Ontario's Phase 1 reopening announcement today. However, we will continue to offer porch pick-ups on Tuesdays and Thursdays 9-5pm and our Naturopathic Doctors also continue to provide essential care via telemedicine. New pick up guidelines for Waterloo Naturopathic Clinic We continue to support and work with our patients during this challenging time. As of the week of March 23, the following new guidelines will apply for picking up refills, in order to further comply with social distancing. Please read:... 1. All patients will be required to call in their order at 519 885-3720. Drop ins will not be allowed. 2. Patients can then specify day of pick up, in accordance with clinic pick up hours and your package will be labeled and left on the front porch. 3. As follow up to the previous letter from Waterloo Naturopathic Clinic, and in accordance with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario (CONO), we would also like to take this opportunity to ask that if you are considering coming to the clinic to pick up supplements, please make alternative arrangements if: 1. you are experiencing symptoms of fever, onset of cough, and/or shortness of breath; 2. have been in contact with anyone who may have symptoms as listed above or has been co...nfirmed or probable case of COVID-19; 3. travelled outside of the country in the 14 days before onset of illness; 4. had close contact with a person with acute respiratory illness who has travelled outside of the country in the 14 days before their symptoms started. If you have any of the above symptoms or meet the above criteria, please contact Telehealth Ontario at 1 866-797-0000. Also, please use hand sanitizer found on the top shelf in the waiting room upon entrance to the clinic and cover your nose and mouth when sneezing and/or coughing. Dear patients of Waterloo Naturopathic Clinic, As always, our patients' health is our greatest concern. We are happy to report that Dr. Bender and Dr. Kieswetter have both returned back home safe and healthy from their travels. However, in accordance with the Canadian government's request, both doctors are self-isolating for the next 14 days. We are taking extra infection control measures in the clinic and for the week of March 16, the office will be open Tuesday 2-6 pm and T...hursday 9-5 pm for pick ups only. Our Naturopathic Doctors have some holidays scheduled. Please note the change in office hours: Dr. Kieswetter is out of the office Monday March 9 - Monday March 16. Dr. Bender is out of the office Friday March 6 -Friday March 20. The office will be open for refills/pickups Thursday March 12, 9am-5pm, and Thursday March 19, 9am-5pm, and during Dr. Kieswetter's hours Friday March 6 10am-1pm, Tuesday March 17 2pm-6pm.
