As with anything new, there are learning curves. Everyone has been so great during this transition and we feel very fortunate to have your support and patience while we continue to make small changes. But first ... We are very pleased to announce that Emmylou McCoy, RMT is going to start back very gently this coming Saturday, July 18th! Very limited appointments to start therefore, clients will have to call the clinic to book. ***Please leave a message on the machine if no answer.*** Here’s what some of the recent changes look like: Online booking is now open for the following practitioners for in clinic appointments: Shawn Selfridge, Osteopath Brenna Lord, RMT Genie Bright, RMT Carolyn Lowe, Acupuncturist Schedule availability can be viewed online but please call to book for the following practitioners Angie Singer, Osteopath Rosalynn Iuliucci, Osteopath Emmylou McCoy, RMT Virtual (phone or video) appointments remain bookable online for: Cléo Burke, Counselling Therapist, Psychotherapist (who will be continuing virtual appointments as a directive from the Nova Scotia College of Counselling Therapists). and Dr Jennifer Carter, ND Dr. Carter also has a limited number of in-clinic appointments available. Please call the clinic to book, or if you are wondering which type of appointment would be best for you. A few reminders: - A mandatory Covid screening survery has to be submitted for in-person appointments only 24 hours prior to your appointment (this has to be done for every appointment you have, therefore if you see multiple practitioners or you have multiple appointments with the same practitioner, it has to be done for each individual appointment). If you are having issues with submitting the survery, please call or email the clinic and we can go over the screening questions with you. - Please do not enter the clinic if you are presenting any COVID-19 symptoms - they are listed on the door. We suggest calling 811 and rebooking your appointment in 14 days. No charges will apply. - Please arrive *on time* for your appointment. The self check-in is on the door for your convenience if you are able to use it but not necessary. - A non-medical mask is required to be worn by all persons entering the clinic (available for a $2 fee if you do not have your own) - Please sanitize or wash your hands upon entering the clinic. Supplement orders Please call or email the clinic to place your order and to make arrangements for payment and pickup. We recommend that you allow extra time as shipping delays have affected our supplies of some products. Reception hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 4PM
