Dear friends, The heat and the severe lack of rain in July of 2020 has caused setbacks on the farm. We have irrigation but not enough to replace the July losses. We have had to make the difficult decision this year of not opening the fields for our cut your own operations. We have our usual selection of Precut Christmas trees including: Frazer fir, concolor, balsam fir, serbian sprue, blue spruce and beautiful scotch pine trees for purchase! For those customers who wish ...to purchase larger fir trees, these trees are limited and will sell out quickly so please call to order as soon as possible. We are going to open this weekend for the sale of the large Christmas trees. We will open Saturday and Sunday or until they are all sold. Please call to be sure of availability.

Dear friends, Unfortunately, we will not be opening for Christmas tree sales this year. We will however be open for photography shoots. Please call the farm at 905-679-9000 to book your time slots. As you may have already heard there will be considerable shortage of Christmas trees this year and our farm is no exception. The reasons include the recession of 2008 when for several years new plantings were severely reduced and those are the trees that would now be comin...g into a harvestable size. We have been planting trees on our farm since 1999 and have fields of trees of various sizes, however there is not sufficient supply of harvestable size trees in our fields to make it realistic for us to open this year and not end up disappointing our loyal customers with the product and the experience they have come to expect from our farm.
