If you have a heart condition and a policy that has a six-month stability period, your heart condition must be stable for the six months prior to your departure date. If, within the six months prior to departure, your Dr. changes your heart medication dosage, starts or stops a medication, or refers you to a specialist for any investigative testing, you will likely no longer satisfy the stability period of your policy.
