Thank you to AMG Mirror And Glass for the beautiful barrier! Jeff Malcolm and crew did an amazing job - it looks like it's always been here! This is just the first phase of our revitalization to make the office even safer for our patients and staff. Just another reason to join the #wavedentalfamily

Exciting news! We will be re-opening for modified hours starting this Thursday. Please note, we are working on a backlog of patients, and we have modified our hours temporarily to allow our staff extra time to sanitize and space to limit patient interaction in waiting areas. As such, we are not yet able to treat the same volume of patients that we were prior to the pandemic. While we hope this is a temporary measure, for now, you may not be able to have your appointment ...at your preferred date or time. We appreciate your patience and understanding while our staff tries to accommodate as many people as possible. With our re-opening come many new protocols to keep our staff and patients safe. Here are just a few of the highlights: Appointments are REQUIRED. Walk-in appointments or inquiries will not be permitted. We have adapted our schedule to eliminate/limit the amount of time spent in the reception and hallway areas. Please call to arrange a safe time if you need to visit the office in person. Only the patient undergoing treatment will be permitted into the office. A parent or guardian may accompany a child or dependent requiring support, but they will be required to stay in the treatment room. The waiting room is CLOSED. Mandatory Hand Sanitization. A hand sanitizing station is located in the vestibule. All visitors are required to perform hand hygiene prior to entering the main office. Facial Coverings are REQUIRED. If you don’t have one of your own, one will be provided for you. If you have a medical condition that makes mask-wearing impossible for you, please advise our staff at your appointment confirmation. If you refuse to wear a facial covering, you will not be permitted to enter the office. Mandatory Temperature Checks for ALL visitors. Temperatures for patients will be logged in their charts. Should a fever be present, the patient will be asked to leave immediately and will be rescheduled no less than 14 days later. ABUSIVE BEHAVIOUR WILL NOT BE TOLERATED. We know that it’s frustrating when you can’t get in when you want, you have to wait, or we’re not yet able to provide the service you’re after. We get it. Please know that our staff are doing everything they can to get you the care you need as quickly as possible and that your patience and understanding is especially appreciated at this time. These are just a few of the changes we’ve made to ensure the safety of our staff and patients and we know it’s a lot, but safety is our priority. We’re looking forward to seeing you all again very soon!
