The results are in! We made it to #25 on the Best Workplaces in Canada list! The below says it all

International Women's Day was celebrated at the beginning of this month and it's an incredible feeling to be recognized on the Great Place to Work 2020 list of Best Workplaces for Women Kristie Painting, CEO, commented "So proud that our Wavemaker women have called out Wavemaker Canada as a great place to work. The employers of today must prioritize balance, inclusion and support to prepare our talent to lead the future". To be eligible, organizations had to be Great Place to Work Certified in the past year, have a minimum of 15 female employees and at least 90% of employees agreeing that people are treated fairy regardless of their gender. Great Place to Work then determined the best based on the overall Trust Index score from female employees.

I had the opportunity to split paternity leave with my wife, and was able to take 3 months off with my daughter. I highly recommend to any other new Dads to take a pat leave if their situation allows for it as well. As we live in a tim...e were this is becoming more common, take advantage of the opportunity!
