Meet Katelynn our Veterinary Assistant Katelynn graduated from Maritime Business College in 2011 and has since been working in the veterinary field. As a veterinary assistant, Katelynn can be found in all areas of the hospital. She makes sure to give extra special love and attention to all our patients. In her free time, Katelynn enjoys spending time with her family and fur kids (Dawson, Beans, Penney and Prim).

Meet Penny our Veterinary Assistant Being from Newfoundland, she always loved the outdoors and animals. She doesn't remember a time where she didn’t have a dog or cat running around or even rodentspet ones of course! For as long as she can remember she wanted a job in the animal field. Helping animals was always her passion. Penny came to NS in 2003 and soon after she started as an Animal Control Officer. After that she worked in a vet clinic for almost a decade as a veterin...ary assistant, it was everything she had hoped and dreamed it would be. Penny loves meeting people and all your adorable fur kids. Whether it is your first visit with your new puppy/kitten, to watching them grow up, routine visits, she is always happy to be there for you and your beloved pet. Penny enjoys spending time with her 3 year old daughter. She is already saying when she grows up that she wants to be a veterinarian! At home Penny has 2 senior dogs, Keira and Shyla. Meet Katie our Client Care Specialist Having moved to the area from the UK with her family thirteen years ago, Katie has been able to pursue her lifelong love of and talent for caring for animals both inside and outside of her work. Caring for pets has become a calling for Katie, she feels that the unconditional love we get from our pets is the most rewarding part of being around animals. Locally she worked in a dog grooming shop for over five years and more recently at a loc...al pet store providing pet-care advice and assistance to the community. She is very excited to start a new journey to help pet parents care for their fury companions. In her personal time, she has fostered many dogs in desperate situations and with special needs for local rescue organizations, helping them find their forever homes. Katie has had many pets of her own including rescues and currently cherishes her two dogs and three cats. Katie lives with her husband and two daughters in Fall River. See more

What an amazing couple of months! We have been open now for almost 5 months and we are so grateful for your support, especially during these unprecedented times.
