Wawanesa waterpark's last day for the 2016 season will be Saturday September 3rd with the ***EXCEPTION of Thursday September 1st in which we are closed for the day! Public swimming hours are 1pm-8pm. Please call the waterpark with any questions @ 824-2223.

Waterpark is open 1-5 & 6-9 for public swimming. Come and cool off! Hours change on August 22 1-8 til season end!

The demand for lifeguards is increasing and we are accepting applications!! Duties include: guarding and swimming instruction, water tests, cleaning and office duties. A more detailed description is available upon request. Please send your resume and cover letter with copies of certificates by April 20th. Applications can be sent to [email protected] There will be more information regarding swimming lessons available in a week or two. PLEASE SHARE!

And summer 2015 is a wrap! A big thanks to all those behind the scenes keeping the pool up and running for us to enjoy all summer. We look forward to seeing you all again next season!!

Just a reminder the pool will be closed tomorrow (August 25) and Wednesday (August 26), we apologize for the inconvenience!

As summer begins to wind down our lifeguards begin to head back to the city for school. This year the pool will be closed for a few days in the last couple weeks of the season to accommodate for the staff shortages. August 25, 26 and September 1,2 the waterpark will be closed. We apologize for any inconvenience!! The final day for the 2015 season is Saturday September 5 so be sure to stop by for a few more swims this summer!

Starting on August 17, our hours will be changing slightly due to decreasing daylight. The Waterpark will be open from 12-5 and 6-8 everyday. Aquafit will still take place 8-9 on Tuesday and Thursdays. If you have any question regarding the new hours or anything at all give us a call at 204-824-2223!

Just a reminder next week (July 20-24) is one of our exceptions to the schedule! The waterpark will be closed from 4:30-6:30 for swimming lessons!

For those still wanting to register for lessons, July 6-10 and July 13-17 are full and no longer available!

EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY Do you enjoy swimming and the outdoors? Wawanesa Waterpark is looking for 2 youth to fill the positions of Assistant Lifeguards for the 2012 season. Applicants do not require previous training (although completion of the Red Cross swim program is an asset), must be 16 years of age by July 1, 2012 and available for training on the following dates:...
