Waxing By Sati's Established Protocols to Reduce the Risk Your safety is our top priority. To reduce the risk of COVID-19, we have implemented the following protocols as recommended by BC’s Provincial Health Officer and WorkSafeBC: Entrance to Waxing By Sati is strictly prohibited by anyone experiencing symptoms of illness including fever, chills, new or worsening cough, shortness of breath, new muscle aches or headache, sore throat. Access is also prohibited by anyone wh...o has travelled outside of Canada in the last 14 days and to anyone who has been in contact with a person who’s tested positive for or is suspected of having COVID-19. Cancellation fees are waived under these circumstances. Guests are required to complete a COVID-19 assessment form upon arrival and services may be declined based on answers provided, at our discretion. Mandatory face masks are worn by team members, always, throughout the waxing facility. Mandatory face masks are worn by guests when receiving waxing treatments (as physical distancing is not possible while receiving waxing treatments) and whenever physical distancing is not possible. Rules are established and guidelines in place to address cleaning protocols and frequency throughout the facility, including high-touch areas. Additional cleaning time is allocated between guest appointments. Magazines, books, brochures, and retail product testers have been removed. Entry points are controlled and scheduled for team members, guests, and deliveries with mandatory hand disinfection. Guest arrival times are staggered to control occupancy levels in our reception area. Early arrivals are not accommodated. Our Expectations for Our Guests: To best ensure safety for all, we require our guests to participate as follows: Respect Waxing By Sati's sanitation and hygiene standards and processes, both posted within the waxing facility and communicated by our team members.
