A new team home - a new company name! I’m happy to officially announce that our real estate team has relocated to 145 King Street in downtown St.Catharines - ri...ght next to EAST and WIND restaurants. This is an awesome cool building constructed in 1950 that was originally Grantham Township City Hall prior to amalgamation with the City of St.Catharines. The whole place was completely renovated from top to bottom by the building’s owner who lived upstairs for many years in what he transformed into a huge loft style apartment. We will be hanging out here on the second floor - and on the big rooftop terrace during warmer weather.
