Just completed this bridge project in Letellier. Infrastructure projects such as these often do not see the spotlight that larger community projects receive, but they are critical to our Province and we appreciate the opportunity to lead them to completion.

Can you believe this year we're celebrating our 40th Anniversary? Time flies. As a company we have been blessed to work with many great businesses and in many great communities and to celebrate, we have decided to give back to the communities around us by making donations to the future ... our youth, and to appreciate those who laid the foundation to what we enjoy today ... our seniors. You will see in the photos both Harv Thiessen and Derek Thiessen as this year the torch... was passed with Derek becoming the General Manager ... another exciting event for us. Congrats Katlyn and Dwayne ... our two winners for our Way of The Shepherd contest. At our annual meeting earlier this year our entire company went through the Way of The Shepherd ... a great little leadership book that relates the qualities of shepherding to work leadership. After that we followed up the lessons via a series of emails encouraging suggestions as to how those principles could be implemented with the incentive of winning a $100 COOP gift card. Here are the winners.

This weekend it was time for the WBS Annual Weekend in Winnipeg. This event celebrates the hard work of the past year, we do some training (this year we worked through the book "The Way of the Shepherd") and we hand out employee awards. As you can see from the picture it's not only for staff ... families are included as well.
