Congratulations to Vet Micro Summer Student Kylie Cousins, who won 2nd Place in the Microbiology category of the WCVM Undergraduate Digital Poster competition! Kylie, a member of the WCVM Class of 2022, was supervised this summer by Dr. Emily Jenkins, and studied Lyme Disease and ticks. The Jenkins and Voordouw labs in Vet Micro were extremely busy with tick identification this summer, as the public health lab, which normally assists in this work, was busy with COVID-19 testing. Well done Kylie!!
