Some great tips here from Pastor John and Pastor Sam on how to make your online experience with your community better! Anyone else finding online gatherings a little awkward still? These practices will help!

In order to serve the vulnerable in our church community and city, and to help slow the spread of COVID-19, our church leaders have decided that we will refrain from meeting at our physical locations this weekend. Instead, we will provide an online service (with worship and a short message) that you can watch at home with family, friends and/or your community group. To be clear, all regular services at Mariner, Town Centre and Ethos will be cancelled. We will also be cancelli...ng all mid-week gatherings for the time being. We will be posting updates throughout the week, letting you know about any additional cancelations as we move forward. On Saturday evening we will be sending out an email with a link to watch our weekend service anytime throughout the day with family, friends, or your community group. We want to remind you that the church is not a building. The church is the people of God. We would encourage you to make these smaller gatherings a special time, integrating meals, time to fellowship, and even do communion together if you would like. As followers of Jesus, we want to love and serve our community however we can. We can’t wait to see you for our Tuesday morning gatherings! On January 14 at 10:00am, we will be starting our new series called Something needs to change. We will be studying through the Gospel of Luke! Register and join us on Tuesday mornings. Childcare is available for your little ones.

As we look through our church history, it’s clear that every great move of God is surrounded by His people praying. As a church we intend to start 2020 with a week set aside to seek God, and bring our petitions before Him. Come join us this week from January 6-10th. 7:00am-8:00am and/or 7:00pm-8:00pm. Join us for as many as you can. Bring your family, friends + neighbours. ... Let’s start 2020 off well by praying and seeking our Lord together.

Come join us every Tuesday morning starting January 14th as we dive into the Gospel of Luke through our study, Something needs to change. It will be a great opportunity to gather as a community of women and grow in our discipleship as followers of Jesus.
