IMPORTANCE NOTICE re: PARKING As many of you know, parking on-site at Weaver's Mill has been an issue lately. With everyone parking all over, and in many instances blocking neighbouring driveways, we have had many homeowner complaints. We will soon be installing No Parking - Fire Access Route signs. Please note that parking is restricted to two vehicles per unit: one space in the garage and one in the driveway. Visitor parking is for visitors only. Please respect your fell...ow neighbours by not parking in front of their driveways or in the visitor parking. Thank you!

ANNOUNCEMENT Re: sod and rear yard access: Sod is actually scheduled to be down this fall (not next spring - sorry!), depending on the weather co-operating. We're doing our best to get the sod and trees in before the end of the season, however, due to inclement weather, we have lost an extremely high amount of working time, and the window for acquiring and laying sod is slowly closing. Unfortunately, if there is no sod laid in your yard before the winter, there will be no acc...ess to the rear yards from the decks and/or rear garage doors. Access to the rear yards can't be opened until trees are planted and all sod is down. We need to lay the sod before you have access to the rear yard, otherwise the topsoil grading will get destroyed. Typically stairs from rear yard decks are installed after sod when we're able to lay slabs for the stairs to land on. Even if we were able to install stairs in the rear, you would not be able to use the rear yards due to the fact these stairs would not pass final inspection by the Town of Halton Hills Building Department without the completed sod. Please keep in mind that you are some of the first people to move in to this brand new community. The finishing of exterior conditions can take some time, and the scheduling of these finishings can be directly affected by weather conditions. Sorry for the wait, please be patient!
