Are the best players on the ice the slowest? Is it fun to have your competition beat you in every race? Skating is the most important part of hockey. All age group camps are still open to register. We will be closely watching how the Covid situation pans out. An announcement will come out on a later date when more information is known. The camps payments won't be due until the first day of the camp. If you would like your name on the list contact me by direct message or text.

Ice for pre-try out camps have been reserved for August 9, 10, 11, 13, and 14. The camp is 5 session at the cowichan community center for $175. These dates may be subject to change. If you are intrested please contact me via phone or email.

Coming to the end of the regular season camp. There has been vast improvements from players in all aspects of their game. From lowering 90 ft sprint times by 0.69 seconds over the year to lowering their lateral movement testing by 1.12 seconds. Other achievements from players include 8 goals in 2 games, 7 points in a weekend, and one making it to provincials. Each achievement was done by a different player. Congratulations to all players.

Shout out to one of our young up and comers, Jordan. For dropping his 90 foot sprint average by just over half a second (0.55 seconds) through 5 ice sessions. Congratulations!
