Happy 40th Birthday to me ~ My 40th birthday celebration(s) was everything I wanted and more! ~ This time last year, I had HUGE plans for my 40th. Of course, the plan didn’t work due to COVID. So, eventually my 40th was downgraded to a fancy dinner party with my closest friends at our home, cooked by Executive Chef Daniele Palanca.... ~ I feel so incredibly grateful for my first 40 years of life. I am so fortunate to have the most wonderful people in my life, who have gone out of their way to make me feel special and loved even though I couldn’t celebrate with a big party (as I’d hoped) or see a lot of my loved ones. ~ I am so grateful to be healthy and I am looking forward to the next 40 years of whatever life may bring. ~ Thanks to my husband, children, family and friends.
