It can be hard to celebrate and enjoy treats while maintaining good healthy habits so here is a recipe that tastes like a treat but is healthy too. It also is easy and quick to make!! (I may have shared this before but it’s worth doing again) Cran Coco Balls 1 c. craisons 1 c. macadamia nuts (almonds or pecans) 4 oz. dark chocolate 1 c. coconut 3 TBSP melted coconut oil (or butter) Combine craisons, nuts, chocolate, and coconut in food processor. Pulse until finely chopped. Slowly add melted oil until mixture starts to clump together. Roll into balls and roll in extra coconut. Keep in fridge. Eat anytime you crave chocolate!!
