Hi Everyone. We are getting close to re-opening and wanted to let you know what we are doing in order to ensure everyone has a clean and safe shopping experience during the Covid pandemic : 1) It is mandatory to wear a mask when entering our store. Unfortunately their will be no exceptions to this as we also service many elderly clients who we need to make sure are protected and have staff members who are immune compromised. If you do not have a mask, we will be selling masks... or provide you with a disposable one. 2) We kindly request that you use the hand sanitizers we have provided in store for you to use before entering a building as well as answer a few questions to ensure you are not showing any symptoms. We are carrying @touchland.ca sanitizer which we know you will love and will also be available for purchase. 3) All our staff members are required to be wearing a mask when they are assisting clients. 4) Any of our clients who are not comfortable coming into the shop, we have always offered complimentary shipping and delivery and complimentary pickup if the item does not work for you. We will also have our online store up and running soon. We also offer Virtual Shopping appointments so we can create a personalized experience just for you. 5) We also offer after hours private shopping for clients who want to come into the store, but do not want to be exposed to the public; this is also for our clients who are immune compromised as well. 6) In store cleaning is done every hour; with higher attention going towards high touch points. 7) Complimentary Water and Juice will be suspended at this time. 8) We have tried to create the most contactless way of shopping in regards to method of payment. We will not be accepting Cash at this time. 9) If a client tries on clothing and does not purchase it, it will be steamed right away and hung for 24 hours before the next try on. 10) We will only allow 5 people In store at a time.
