Just finished replacing the port side of this bow railing. After and before repair pictures below. Someone snagged something solid on the port aft section of the rail, and stood the whole thing up, destroying it completely.

Ouch! Removed damaged section and replaced it. Like it never happened...

Windshield defroster.

I had the privilege to work on this cool ex military boat. Besides the downrigger mounts I designed a hydraulic trolling plate. Fully adjustable so they can achieve that perfect trolling speed, without the need of a kicker. Hydraulic pressure relief will avoid any damage done by forgetting it's down. Largest inflatable I've ever seen.

Here are some downrigger mounts I made for an ex Swedish military boat. Powder coated aluminum. Quick release on and off in a minute without needing tools.

Apparently there was a slight incident and the railing did not fare too well on this Bayliner 3988. Can you rebuild it? Yes I can! And here is the result.
