Well & Good Ltd.

After much discussion and deliberation (literally months!) we have decided not to reopen Well & Good for the upcoming season. As many know, we welcomed a baby boy to our family last June, and we have decided to focus on our family at this time. We'd like send out a HUGE thank you to all our customers, collaborators and to the whole community for welcoming our business, drinking our smoothies, attending our workshops/events and for dropping by to say hi :) We truly enjoyed running the shop, and are thankful for all the friends we met there. We are definitely sad to close the doors, but of course are happy about the current chapter of our lives! Thank you again for supporting us...and if you need a smoothie fix, we will be making appearances at the Musquodoboit Harbour Farmers' Market from time to time! :)

2 BIG ANNOUNCEMENTS! #1 - Well & Good will be closing the shop at the end of October for the winter! This Sunday (October 30th) is the last day to drop by the shop! But don't worry... #2 - You can still get our smoothies, snacks & teas at the MH Farmers Market on Sundays!!

HAPPY THANKSGIVING from Well & Good!! Please note that we will be closed tomorrow (Sunday, October 9th) in order to celebrate with our family...and we hope YOU are spending the holiday weekend with your families too! :) If you don't get all pumpkin'd out this weekend, stop by to try our new smoothie special (pictured)...PUMPKIN CHAI! Available until the end of October, if supplies last!! Made with spicy masala chai tea, almond milk, pumpkin (of course!), banana and dates...it's a perfect sweet treat for fall!

We just re-stocked Soap Company of Nova Scotia products! All locally-made using natural ingredients and essential oils....amazing products and they smell soooo good!
