This the season!

I often get asked what I use for skin/body care products. As I age into my 40’s my skin is becoming ever more so important to take care of. Over the next few weeks I’ll be making a series of posts on some of my fav products I have at home. ... Naturally, I look for clean yet effective options- and once I find ones that I love I tend to stick with them! DERMA E is one of those brands! I have been using their day cream for years and the vitamin E cream at night on my face/neck and upper chest to prevent wrinkles. They have a series of lines/products and I’ve tried a few others but am partial to the blue line pictured here. I’m obsessed with the smell, reminds me of fresh linens hanging on the line to dry. Side note- don’t forget that great skin comes from the inside out. Eating healthy foods, drinking clean water, exercise and sleep all affect your skin. I decided to test this out for you to see how creamy it actually is and I must say that I am quite impressed! I have not found a comparable non dairy creamer for coffee until now. The consistency is super creamy and it’s unsweetened so could be also used for making sauces and soups. This one is a keeper! I’m in love. Pick some up today in our natural department.... See more
