Have you tried making your own sourdough bread? It’s a labour of love, but easy to digest, super delicious and very inexpensive to make. I think we all have some free time on our hands right now, so why not give it a try! I started this loaf last night, and made it with some beautifully aged starter from chef Emily Paige Duclos. There is many different ways to make this, but it’s really whatever works for you! Once you get the hang of it, you can play with different flours, flavours and add-ins.
