It has been 4 months since the arson of Wellhouse Dental. As of today there still has been no resolution for us to rebuild, as we all know what it is like dealing with insurance companies. We have hoped all our loyal patients contact Dr Richard Wilczek for any issues, and sincerely wish that each of you know Dr Edwards's is trying to expedite this horrific experience as promptly as he can. There have been many patients that have reached out to us, thank you! Kim ( our dental... assistant)is also working with Dr Wilczek to help with our patients. This is only a temporary situation until a resolution has taken place. We have no words to say other than we are sorry, we miss you, but we want you to know we worry about your 'dental care,' Dr Wilczek's office is friendly, and he has worked at our office during Dr Edward's health issues along with his daughter Michelle whom is also a dentist as well. I just wanted to say thank you to each and every one of our wonderful patients for their patience and understanding during this difficult time. I am hoping to have an update from Doc and Deb soon! If you send us a message you will receive a reply within 24 hours. Unfortunatley I am not able to check our page throughout the day but am checking each morning and evening.

We would like to take this opportunity to provide an update in regards to the fire. Commercial fires take longer to process for insurance purposes so the time line is longer as there is a lot involved in this well rooted practice . Many decisions are being contemplated. We can assure you in every way all aspects are being reviewed. Due to Covid-19 Dental offices are only now starting to slowly reopen and are focusing on Emergent and Urgent care at this time. It will be awhile... before regular check ups and hygiene appointments will be scheduled. This gives us an advantage to clearly and unforcefully make the best choices for you our loyal beautiful patients. Whether we reopen or choose the 'best fit' dentist for you and your families is what it comes down to at this time and we all know what dealing with insurance companies can be like. We realize our patients deserve to be updated and to each and every one of you.. know Dr. Edwards and I have options and are still waiting for the insurance company to provide their options for us as well. It's only been a month and such a big claim can be slow. We wish for your patience at this time.
