Welcome to the month of Thanks-giving and Thanks-living! How fitting that the month of giving thanks and celebrating gratitude starts on #ThankfulThursday. Day 1: Start a gratitude jar (or journal) and write down moments during your days that make you feel grateful, whether its a kind word from a friend or the beautiful landscape. On November 1st, sit down with a nice cup of coffee or tea, and read back all the grateful moments you felt during the last month. Try to acknowledge at least one moment per day and eventually you won't have to try, they'll just fill your whole day!
