5 Quick tips to help relieve anxiety to start your day: 1. Meditate (doesn't have to be very long). I've provided a link below for beginners to try. I usually recommend brain sync with Kelly Howell 2. Move. Whether it's a quick walk, workout or yoga, just move and get the blood flowing 3. Use essential oils in your shower or, better yet, mix with your morning moisturizer to put at the bottom of your feet. My favorites for this are bergamot and lavender 3. Drink water to rehy...drate. I like my morning water with a little lemon 4. Avoid sugar. It just makes you feel like crap 5. Get things done first thing. A sense of accomplishment and getting things off your plate go a long way to reduce anxious feelings Remember, if you feel overwhelmed, talk to someone. Seek advice from your physician.
